No room in the shelters for all the guys

I've never been so bold as to do this, but i think alcohol gave him the fake courage or careless attitude. I mean, how long would staff let someone sleep this way? As it turns out, when staff asked him to leave, he ordered food, lots of food (just received his social assistance check?). He slobbered down the food, making a huge mess in the process, and then resumed his sleeping arrangement...in the end, the police became involved.
But there were sleeping positions they let people get away with until the morning work crowd started rolling in.
